Sergeant
First Class Randall Shughart took part in the Battle of Mogadishu as part of a
Delta Force sniper team who heroically defended a crashed black hawk and ultimately
gave their life fighting to protect the pilot of the downed aircraft. Because
of their action Sergeant First Class Shughart and his team leader Master Sergeant
Gordon was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor, the highest award given to
a serviceman.

Down directed and produced by Ridley Scott.

The M-14
uses 7.62x51mm NATO round stored in a 20 round box magazine. The rifle was used
way back 1959 and is still being used till this day.
