Wonder Woman
first saw publication on 1941 in All Star Comics number 8. She was created by
William Marston. In the resent reboot of DC comics called The New 52, Wonder
Woman was among the titles to be included. She also appears as a founding
member of the New 52 Justice League.
Diana
Princess of the amazons lived in the island of Themyscira. She is a fierce
warrior skilled in combat and in addition to her skills she has several
powerful weapons at her disposal. Among her equipment is the magic Lasso of
Truth, anyone bound by the lasso is bound to speak only the truth and the lasso
is unbreakable. And her signature bracelets which can deflect bullets and is
said to be unbreakable. Diana also posses super human strength and agility.
Outside her homeland Diana is known as The Wonder Woman.

Excellent face
for Wonder Woman sculpted by Jack Mathews.
Diana’s only
accessory is her sword.
She can be seen in comic books using this sword quite
often.
Close up of
her hand and sword.
Note the finger nails with red nail polish. A nice touch added
to our heroine.
Her Lasso of
Truth. The lasso was molded so it can’t be removed. I was a bit disappointed here;
I prefer the gold thread used in other Wonder Woman figures.
This
Wonder Woman figure depicting the New 52 look is a must have for Wonder Woman fans
and Justice League collectors alike.
Aside from
the lasso, I liked the figure. The sculpt was great and the paint applications
are spot on. Nice job on this figure DC.
