CIA COMMANDOS BY HOT TOYS

Here is another Hot Toy Military figure that I got on a scavenger hunt. The figure is still in good condition but some small bits have problems and one or two are missing. I wish Hot Toys would revive their military line.

Another of his spying equipment, a Digital Camcorder

M14 SOCOM with several attachments. Unfortunately the silencer was missing.

He carries a MBITR TASC headset and F3 radio with pouch.

We can see the antenna of the  LST-5C SATCOM at the back.

 It is stored in his back pack.

NARUTO BY TOYNAMI

Naruto Uzumaki is the main character in the hit anime Naruto and its sequel Naruto Shippuden. The figure I'm about to review is Naruto from Naruto Shippuden, this is a older and more mature side of Naruto. In this sequel Naruto returns to his village after under going extensive training with his master. Still hunted by his promise to bring Sasuke back. Naruto strives to look for him and convince him to return to the village. But new and more powerful enemies are plotting against our hero so lets follow his adventures and see if Naruto can indeed get to his goal of bringing back his friend and become the Hokage.

Toynami released this four inch Naruto figure as part of series one.

Series one includes Naruto, Itachi and Kakashi.

Head sculpt nicely done.

And the paint application is quite good for this scale.

Naruto came with a clear circular stand, one pair of hands holding a kunai and one pair posing like a jutsu.

The figure is also well articulated. His joints remind me of revoltech joints.

SPIDERMAN 3 BY HOT TOYS

Here is another amazing 1/6th scale figure from Hot Toys, base on the movie Spiderman.
Spiderman was played by actor Tobey Maguire. The movies tell the story of Peter Parker an ordinary teen who was bitten by a mutated spider. He then possessed incredible strength, sharp senses and other ability much like a spider, including the web. On the later part of the movies, Peter's struggle in his personal life were also tackled. He is Spiderman but inside he is also Peter who's having a hard time coping up with his life.

The character was created by the legendary Stan Lee in the 1960's. And is still in publication to date under Marvel Comics.

The suit was made of cloth but the web and logo is some kind of rubber.

Too bad my figure had a small hole in the back of the head (seen above).

So inspect your figure before you leave the shop.

He came with two base.

A regular Hot Toy figure base with name and the cool diorama base.

Aside from the relax palm. He came with four pairs of inter changeable hand.

The web shooting pose, a crawling pose, one for gripping the web and a close fist.

He came with three kinds of web, here is the first one.

Here is another form of the web, this item the end opens up.

The open web in the end is quite heavy and the thin web can't hold it straight.

This is definitely the best and most accurate figure of Spiderman in 1/6th scale for me.

I just hope that the rubber on the costume won't melt or have some sort of problem in the future.

ITACHI BY TOYNAMI

Itachi Uchiha is a character in the Narurot and Naruto Shippuden anime. He is the elder brother of Sasuke.
The Uchiha clan has a unique eye jutsu called the sharing gan, but Itachi and his natural talents took it to a higher level called the Mangekyo sharing gan. Aside from his blood line sharing gan, he is also skilled in tai jutsu and other ninja techniques.

Later in the story itachi went rouge after killing his clan. He then joined the the elite Akatsuki, a group of high level rouge ninjas. Follow Itachi's amazing story and uncover who he really is and what his real objectives are.

This figure stand around four inches and is made by Toynami.

The paint application especially in the face and eye is well done for such a small figure.

Itachi came with a clear circular stand and a pair of extra hands.

His joints are similar to the famous revoltech joints.

The cape restricts movement in the lower part of the figure.

DCUC THE FLASH

Barry Allen A.K.A. the Flash is a comic book character from the DC universe. He first appeared in the comic book "Showcase no. 4" released October 1956. His most notable ability is his speed. He is so fast that he can do time travels. The flash is also a member of the Justice league.

ARMY SPECIAL OPS SERGEANT BY DRAGON

Here is one of my older military figure from Dragon. He is released to commemorate the First Gulfwar's10th anniversary. But as of now he is probably celebrating the 20th anniversary of the First Gulfwar. Like all Dragon figures they were given names, this guy is "Brian".

Special Ops Sgt. Brian

During the first gulf war the six color dessert pattern was the standard uniform worn by US troops.

It was also called chocolate chip pattern.

The Sgt. carries a M16A2 as his main weapon and a M9 side arm.

The Tactical Load Bearing Vest was commonly used during this period.

The TLBV can carry up to six M16 30 round mags and 2 fragmentation pockets (below the ammo pouch).

The vest is fastened to the belt using 10 loops.

The belt can accommodate items such as the canteen, radio pouch and butt pack.

During the first gulf war the threat of bio weapons was a major concern for troops.

Most troops have protective suit (NBC suit) and gas masks.

The Sgt. carries a mask on his hip.

MARVEL SELECT JUGGERNAUT

The Juggernaut  is a character from the Marvel universe. He debuted in X-Men #12 released on July 1965. He was created by the famous writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby.

Cain Marko was the stepbrother of the famous Professor Charles Xavier. Before turning into the Juggernaut, Marko was a soldier stationed in Korea. It is here that Cain Marko found a ruby with an inscription. After reading the verse the gem gave Marko its powers, turning him into the Juggernaut.

This guy is huge and heavy but has good balance and can stand on its own.

For a figure this big I can say that the articulation provided by Marvel Select was pretty good.

The articulation of this figure is almost similar to its Marvel Legends counter part.

The figure came with a card for its background.

Aside from this there is no other accessories for the Juggernaut.
